Messy eater

Virginia is becoming more adventurous with her food these days. The spaghetti was a big hit... not only was it fun to eat and make a mess on the highchair, but it was fun to watch drop to the floor. We need a dog!

Virginia's visits

Virginia has had a busy social schedule the last couple of weeks. Here are some of her highlights. A visit from Aaron and Jen when they were up skiing in Vermont. A visit from Beth and Samuel for the day. Virginia and Samuel showed us their love of reading. (I should hope with a librarian Grandmother!) Then Amie and Curtis came for breakfast today. Virginia and Curtis had a great time playing together and Virginia really liked trying to push Curtis on the walker. It is hard to believe one year ago today was Virginia's due date... my how life has changed in a year!

High five baby

Sorry the video is a little dark, but I had to post!

Since Virginia started to walk really well we just follow her around all the time. She gets into everything! She finally has her first 2 teeth and started to say her first words. Bye bye, yogurt aka 'gurt', and pa are her most understandable right now. I keep working with her to say mama... one of these days! We have all been sick this past week, but we are on the mend now. This is how Virginia felt most of the week. She did get a nice visit from her cousin and they played with their dolls.

Virginia and her friends

The long weekend was a great time for Virginia to hang out with her friends (and for us too!) Samuel and Adam came up with their parents for Jake's 30th birthday. The following day Virginia went sledding with Amelia and Curtis. She did much better in the snow this time and had a great time with her Dad sledding down our driveway.
