Happy Birthday Virginia!

Virginia turned 2 last week and we had a wonderful time celebrating with family and friends. Grandma made her a chocolate cake with all her favorite characters... Elmo, Clifford and George. She dived right into her cupcake ... apparently she is epecially fond of the frosting!

Besides Virginia's birthday this past month, we have had a record amount of snow here in Wolfeboro... 142.5 inches so far and it is snowing again today! Virginia has gone x-country skiing with us and she even tried the downhill skis (maybe we will have better luck next year - she just wanted them off!) We have been enjoying the snow, but we are anxiously awaiting spring and warm weather. It can't come fast enough!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We had a busy Christmas season starting with Virginia as a dragonfly in the Christmas pagent. I don't know if there has ever been a dragonfly in a pagent before, but she really wanted to wear her Halloween costume again. At least she didn't want to carry the pumpkin bag with her :)

Grandma Rae Rae and Aunt Lizzy came up Christmas Eve and we all enjoyed Christmas day together. Virginia loved playing on her slide (which now occupies our living room) and her cozy coupe. She ran from one to the other all day.

We celebrated New Year's Eve in Wolfeboro at First Night. Once again Virginia had a great time singing and dancing with the musicians! Best wishes for 2008!

Sorry everyone for the long delay, it is amazing how quickly November and December can pass by. Here are some pictures from the last month...

Hope you all are enjoying the holidays... I am finding that it is a bit busier with an almost 2 year old, but a lot of fun too! Merry Christmas
